The UFC is back in action in Singapore this weekend with a stacked event that is free to watch this Saturday in the United States. There’s nothing better than enjoying a coffee, breakfast, fights, and banging the book on a Saturday morning.
There are plenty of ways to win money this weekend, all the way from the opening fight to the main event bout between two of the most exciting featherweights to ever strap on the four-ounce gloves.
Max Holloway makes his return to action, going up against The Korean Zombie in what is thought to be TKZ’s retirement fight. Let’s take a closer look at this featherweight main event and some other key fights to bet on this weekend.

Main Event – Holloway vs. Sung Jung
The fans aren’t too pleased with the UFC matchmaking for this main event in Singapore. Chan Sung Jung, better known as The Korean Zombie, is making his return from a brutal beating by Alexander Volkanovski in a title bout last year. The matchup against the second-best featherweight of all time is not an easy draw for Zombie.
Holloway would be considered the featherweight GOAT if there was no Volkanovski, and having Jung finish out his career against the two best to ever do it is tough to get behind. But there are ways to win big money on this bout.
The betting favorite for this fight is obviously Holloway, with odds at -800. This is probably the most one-sided main event in UFC history on the books, with Jung being the +550 underdog.
As a pretty easy prediction, we are going with Holloway to get his hand raised in victory on Saturday. Since his -800 money line isn’t really worth betting on, let’s see what else we can make a play on for a nice payout.
This fight is currently -165 to end inside the distance, and that might be the best bet for this card. Holloway can win this fight in just about any way he wants to on the feet. Some fight fans probably would be happy to see him strike from a distance and have a little fun in there. The respect for Zombie is so deep that no one wants to see him get butchered by the boxing of Holloway for 25 minutes.
The biggest bet of the night, though, is Holloway winning by submission at +2500. This is a massive long shot because Holloway isn’t known for his submission game, and Zombie has never been submitted.
Holloway can dominate on the feet, hurt Zombie, and then go for a submission as a sign of respect and not wanting to cause any more damage in a one-sided fight.
Other Key Fight Picks
Outside of the main event, there are a few interesting matchups to bet on throughout the card. Starting in the prelims, take Chidi Njokuani to win inside the distance at +150. He is looking to bounce back from a tough last two fights and has a favorable matchup.
On the main card, the best bet to make is Erin Blanchfield winning her big test against Taila Santos. She might be young and not as experienced in professional MMA, but she has been in combat sports her whole life and is very skilled. You could even take her to win by submission at +430.
