There is a massive event set to take place in the MMA world this weekend as UFC 299 will be taking place down in Florida. This is the second of a three-part series in which the UFC is treating fans to some great title bouts.

Sean O’Malley will take on Marlon Vera in the main event at the Kaseya Center this weekend, but there are other fights that stand out immediately as well. Here is a look at some of the top fights set to take place, and the betting predictions for each bout.

A Huge Bantamweight Bout

Starting with the final fight of the night is the best course of action when trying to break down each UFC event, and there is a huge bantamweight fight to cap off the night. Sean O’Malley is the betting favorite at -280 in the main event as he is putting his title belt on the line against Marlon Vera (+240).

Vera actually picked up a win over O’Malley a few years ago, but the champion has been waiting for a rematch in order to get his revenge. This should be a fight that goes the distance and each fighter will have some big moments throughout the five rounds.

Ultimately O’Malley is simply too good in the Octagon, and he will find a way to pick up a win to retain his belt in thrilling fashion.

A Nice Co-Main Event

Dustin Poirier will face off against Benoit Saint-Denis in a co-main event at UFC 299, and this is going to be a bout that will attract a ton of attention. Most co-main events are still stuck at three rounds, but this will be a five round battle if it lasts that long.

These two lightweight fighters have been extremely aggressive throughout their careers, and both fighters will be trying to end things early in this one. Saint-Denis is the clear favorite at -220 in this bout, but that’s not how things are going to play out.

The crowd is expected to be behind Poirier throughout this event, and that will create some momentum for the longtime veteran. This is a great opportunity to get a ton of betting value and getting Poirier at +185 to come up with a stunning upset is the way to go.

Page Makes UFC Debut

Michael Page is going to be making his debut in the Octagon on Saturday night, and there will be plenty of intrigue to see how he will perform. Page is an underdog at +107 in this bout as he will be taking on Kevin Holland (-127).

One reason that Holland has become a fan favorite is that his aggressive style of fighting tends to lead to some excitement in every single bout. That doesn’t mean that Holland is successful in each fight, but he at least contends every single matchup.

It will be the energy and enthusiasm of Page that will be the difference in this bout though as he will come up with an impressive win, and a win that is valuable when betting.
