Fred Payton went 10-for-16 for 158 yards and three touchdowns while Bryce Carpenter was four-of-six for 64 yards and one interception. CJ Marable logged an outstanding statline in the loss. Along with 172 rushing yards on 18 attempts (and two TDs), Marable also reeled in four catches for 27 yards.
