The 2024 Australian Open has been taking place for over a week, but all of that action is going to conclude this weekend. This has been a thrilling event up to this point, but now is when the betting is really going to ramp up.

Interesting Women’s Matchup
There tends to be more upsets on the women’s bracket than on the men’s side of things, and that has been the case this year as well. It will be Aryna Sabalenka taking on Quinwen Zheng for the chance to win the Australian Open.
It’s not a big surprise to see Sabalenka in this position as she did enter the tournament as the number two seed. She is also the big betting favorite to get the job done this weekend as her odds are set at -550.
Zheng has been a terrific story to follow throughout this event, as she was not supposed to get to this point. Zheng is going to have momentum on her side, and there is value in betting on her at +425 to pick up another win.
Even though this tournament has seen plenty of upsets already, look for that trend to stop this weekend. Sabalenka is going to win the women’s Australian Open title, and she will do it in dominant fashion.
Can’t Bet Against Djokovic
Djokovic is favored to win his semifinals matchup at -205, and this is something that he has been great at throughout his career. Medvedev is favored at -135 in the other part of the bracket, but that match could be closer against Zverev.
Even though there are only a couple of matches remaining in the Australian Open, there is still plenty of time to win some money. It should all start and end with Djokovic as well as he has dominated this event throughout his career.
