Here are a couple of most interesting duels today: Oklahoma (18-13) vs. Rhode Island (25-7), Pennsylvania (24-8) vs. Kansas (27-7), Iona (20-13) vs. Duke (26-7), Loyola-Chicago (28-5) vs. Miami-Florida (22-9), NC State (21-11) vs. Seton Hall (21-11), Radford (23-12) vs. Villanova (30-4), Davidson (21-11) vs. Kentucky (24-10) and Montana (26-7) vs. Michigan (28-7).

  • The Grizzlies are 13-3-1 in their last 17 games following an ATS win.

Montana Grizzlies and Memphis Wolverines are squaring off with ATS line favoring the Wolverines at 11.0 points, making it very easy for us to go Grizzlies’ way in this segment as they are also 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

  • The Highlanders are 13-3 in their last 16 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

We all know that Villanova Wildcats are the number one favorite for this year’s championship title but a 23.5 points ATS line favoring them over Radford Highlanders is a bit over the top, especially if we take into the consideration the fact that the Highlanders are also 4-1 ATS in last five games overall, and 6-2 ATS in their last eight non-conference matchups.

  • The Jayhawks are 7-0-1 in their last eight games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.

The ATS line in the matchup between Pennsylvania Quakers and Kansas Jayhawks favors the Kansas team at 13.5 points, and even if it might seem to be a bit too high, it shouldn’t present a problem for the Jayhawks who are also 6-2 ATS in last eight NCAA Tournament games. The Quakers on the other side are 1-4 ATS in their last five vs. Big 12, and 1-5 ATS in their last six March Madness clashes.

  • The Sooners are 3-13 in their last 16 games overall.

Oklahoma Sooners haven’t been very successful ATS lately as witnessed by a number of cold trends applicable to today’s matchup against the Rhode Island Rams who are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 neutral site games. Pick the Rams.

  • Over is 8-0 in Wildcats last eight non-conference games.

The matchup between Davidson Wildcats and Kentucky Wildcats provides us with the strongest high-scoring trend of the day. Kentucky is also 7-1 O/U in last eight games overall while Davidson stands at 3-0-1 in last four Thursday matchups.

  • Under is 14-5 in Wolfpack last 19 games after allowing more than 90 points in their previous game.

One of the most interesting duels of the first round that features NC State Wolfpack and Seton Hall Pirates holds a strong low-scoring potential. The Wolfpack is also 4-10 O/U in last 14 NCAA Tournament games while the Pirates stand at 3-7 O/U in last 10 games following an ATS win.

  • Under is 9-2-1 in Hurricanes last 12 neutral site games.

Another duel that features a very low ATS line also possesses a very strong “Under” tendency. The matchup in question is between Loyola-Chicago Ramblers who are 0-5 O/U in last five games overall and Miami-Florida Hurricanes who are also 1-4 O/U in last five non-conference showdowns.

  • Over is 11-1 in Blue Devils last 12 non-conference games.

We’ll conclude today’s Totals segment with another matchup that should go Over as Duke Blue Devils, who are also 6-1 in last seven neutral site games, and Iona Gaels who stand at 10-3-1 O/U in last 14 games overall engage in the life or death reality of the first round. Pick Over.
