NCAAB – TRENDS OF THE DAY

Saturday is behind us and it’s time for the new victories. Through the end of the regular season schedule and start of the conference tournaments, we’ll operate amongst Sunday’s duels that will make as a bit richer. As usual, every single matchup can be thoroughly examined here, but besides this option, you can also stay here and find out the directions in which we shall go in order to get our credit line in a better shape. Eight most telling active trends are ready, and hopefully, you are too. Let’s take a closer look.

Here are a couple of most interesting duels today including one H2H matchup between top-25 ranked teams: Cincinnati (26-4) at Wichita St. (24-5), Boston U (15-15) at Bucknell (23-9), SMU (16-14) at USF (9-21), Temple (16-13) at Tulsa (18-11), Tulane (14-15) at Central Florida (17-12), Connecticut (14-16) at Houston (23-6), UNCW (10-20) vs. Hofstra (19-11) and Oral Roberts (11-20) vs. Denver (14-14).

ATS TRENDS

  • The Knights are 8-2 in their last 10 home games.

The UCF Knights are a mean team when it comes to the ATS segment at their own court, and today they’ll host Tulane Green Wave with -8.0 ATS line that makes this game close to a mismatch. The Knights are also 5-0 in their last five duels vs. teams with a losing road record while the Green Wave on the other side stands at 0-7 ATS in last seven games after scoring less than 50 points in their previous game.

  • The Mustangs are 11-5-1 in their last 17 road games vs. a team with a losing home record.

The SMU Mustangs are visiting USF Bulls with the ATS line also set at 8.0 points, favoring the guests who in our opinion have enough juice to take it down at the moment. Pick SMU.

  • The Terriers are 2-10 in their last 12 games following a straight up win.

The Boston U Terriers feature a number very cold ATS trends that are applicable to today’s matchup in which they’ll step into the battle with Bucknell Bison, against who they are 0-4 ATS in last four meetings. Pick Bucknell.

  • The Shockers are 20-5-1 in their last 26 Sunday games.

Teams play at least one-seventh of their total matchups on Sundays, but if we take into the consideration actual schedule in the college basketball, that number is probably bigger. That’s why we should account team’s records on this day of the week, that in this case goes in the favor of Wichita St. Shockers, oppose to Cincinnati Bearcats who are 19-41 ATS in last 60 Sunday games. Pick the Shockers.

O/U TRENDS

  • Over is 14-3 in Golden Eagles last 17 games following an ATS win.

The Summit Conference Tournament matchup between Oral Roberts Golden Eagles and Denver Pioneers holds a strong high-scoring potential. The Golden Eagles are also 20-6 O/U in last 26 games following a straight-up win while the Pioneers stand at 25-20 O/U in last 35 conference duels.

  • Over is 18-7-1 in Seahawks last 26 neutral site games.

Another matchup with a great high-scoring tendency comes from North Charleston where the CAA Tournament is taking place. Both UNCW and Hofstra feature a plethora of high-scoring trends and you can’t go wrong if you pick it today.

  • Under 5-1 in Cougars last six home games.

UCONN Huskies are finishing the regular season schedule with a visit to Houston Cougars, and by all applicable trends, this matchup should go Under in Totals. Houston is also 1-5 O/U in last six games following a straight-up win while the Huskies stand at 2-5 in last seven games in the same segment.

  • Over is 12-5 in Golden Hurricane last five vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

Sunday’s tendency to lean slightly towards more high-scoring games replicates on this list as we’ll go 3-1 in O/U suggestions in this list. The showdown between Temple Owls and Tulsa Golden Hurricane should also go Over. Don’t miss it.
