Brian Blessing has been singing the praises of the Big East Conference all season long in college basketball. Now the conference tournament gets underway at Madison Square Garden with seven teams likely in the NCAA Tournament field and three bottom seeds hoping to spoil the party.
Some late-season shenanigans in the Big East altered the seeding for the conference tournament, as Creighton wound up being the #1 seed, with Villanova the #2 and Seton Hall the #3. As play begins at MSG, a lot of teams have a chance to win and Brian made it a point to key in on the ones that he likes to cut down the nets.
After sharing the odds for the top teams in the field, Brian went to work discussing the ones that he sees as having the most value. He has remained consistent in his love for Markus Howard and Marquette, but do they have what it takes to get through Seton Hall and Villanova to make an appearance in the Finals? If not, which team has the wherewithal to do it?
