Two slumping franchises face off when the Denver Nuggets face off against the Phoenix Suns.

BetDSI has the NBA covered with the latest odds and wagering opportunities on every game to include this matchup.

These teams play one another, but have followed the same path in getting here. Both of these teams are getting beat by sup-par teams and getting beaten badly.

The Nuggets have lost three in a row and recently lost to the New Orleans Hornets. Before that loss the Nuggets were embarrassed in two blowout losses to the LA Clippers and Sacramento Kings. The Nuggets are not playing well and the speculation is that the team is distracted by swirling trade rumors that surround the team every day.

Two league sources said the Nuggets would possibly deal Melo and Chauncey Billups to New Jersey. And in a three-team trade with the Nets and Detroit Pistons, Denver would receive two draft picks, rookie post Derrick Favors, sharpshooting guard Anthony Morrow and point guard Devin Harris, who was once an all-star with Dallas but is now the general of the struggling Nets. Also, the Nuggets would get Nets reserves Quinton Ross, Stephen Graham and Ben Uzoh.Something better happen soon if the Nuggets want to win again.

The Suns are not faring any better than the Nuggets of late. The Suns have also lost three straight games entering this contest. They lost to the Kings, the Lakers, and the New York Knicks. The loss to the Knicks was the most embarrassing as they were crushed at home by more than 20 points. The Suns are still adjusting to life after their blockbuster trade with the Orlando Magic. Veteran Vince Carter is trying to find a way to blend in with the fast paced offense of the Suns.

The Suns are at home and in a game that features two teams playing as bad as this, that may be the difference maker in deciding an outcome of this game. The Suns finally get back in the win column with a victory over the distracted Nuggets.
