Here is the MLB Picks for Wednesday May 28, 2014.

Colorado Rockies at Philadelphia Phillies

This pick is rather simple. The Phillies are awful and if there is a chance to fade them at a reasonable price, any baseball betting fan should get on board. That is the case with the Wednesday matchup with the Rockies. How bad are the Phillies? The Phillies are 7-15 in their last 22 home games when they go up against a right-handed starter and 5-11 in their last 16 home games as they go up against a team with a winning record. The Rockies are a very good team that are still not getting the attention they deserve, which is good news for baseball bettors who are jumping on the bandwagon.

Free MLB Pick: Colorado Rockies -110

Texas Rangers at Minnesota Twins

If you have not figured it out yet, the Rangers are having some issues with their pitching staff and relying on their bats to bail them out. The over has also been a money maker for the Twins as well as it has hit in 29 of 38 games. The Over is 5-0-2 in Rangers last 7 road games and 4-0-1 in Rangers last 5 overall. The Over is 13-3 in Kyle Gibsons last 16 starts overall for the Twins and with two subpar pitchers this should go way over the posted total. These two starters have a combined ERA over 16 runs per game! Look for plenty of runs by both teams and an easy winner on the over!

Free MLB Pick: Texas Rangers at Minnesota Twins Over 9 -105

Chicago Cubs at San Francisco Giants

The Chicago Cubs are a tough team to take in nearly any game, but I like their chances against the Giants. Tim Lincecum is going for the Giants but he is just 2-2 on the season and the Giants are failing him in run support with just 3 runs per game on average. That will turn this game into a pitching duel and that gives the value to the Cubs. Take the Cubs as a big dog in this game.
