We finished out the week on BangTheBook Radio with a couple of really good segments. First, our old friend Thor Nystrom from Rotoworld joined us to chat about Clemson vs. LSU and some of the prop betting considerations he has for the big game and then we talked with Brent from DSI Sportsbook about sharp money for the National Championship and the NFL playoffs on The Odds Report segment.
We’ll have lots of coverage for the CFP National Championship and this weekend’s NFL Playoffs at BangTheBook.com. We’re also still doing the daily sports with NBA, NHL, and college basketball content. We’re also back to tennis and golf seasons, so we have coverage of those as well and NASCAR, MLB, and the return of UFC next weekend are right around the corner.
Host Adam Burke opened up the show with some National Championship analysis with Thor Nystrom of Rotoworld. Thor wrote up a comprehensive preview and breakdown of the big game, which allowed the guys to hone in heavy on both the side and total for the matchup.
The guys also looked up and down the individual matchups and attempted to predict the game flow to give some advice on some of the prop betting options that will be out there and which ones they are looking to attack for this Clemson vs. LSU game.
Brent, the head risk manager at DSI Sportsbook, rounded out the week for us with this week’s version of The Odds Report. Sharp money isn’t hitting the National Championship Game too hard, but Adam and Brent still hit on the FCS and FBS title games on the segment.
Where sharp money is active is on this weekend’s NFL Playoff action in the Divisional Round. The guys hit on both games, highlighting sharp money in Vikings vs. 49ers and Texans vs. Chiefs, while also focusing on the other two games to forecast line moves and talk about the action we’ve seen so far.
Join us on Monday when we talk National Championship and props with Kyle Hunter of HunterSportsPicks.com and also college basketball during the Handicapping the Hardwood segment.
