1) Friday December 25th: Chargers @ Titans

The Chargers and the Titans meet on Christmas in a game that will affect the playoff race. The Chargers all but locked up the #2 seed in the AFC and the Titans have to win out to get the wildcard. With Chris Johnson chasing 2,000 yards they have a lot to play for. Tennessee has won five straight at home and the Titans are an imposing 17-4 as favorites of three points or less at LP Field.  The Chargers travel east and get beat on the road.

Play: Titans -3

2) Sunday December 26th: Houston @ Miami

This game basically comes down to an elimination game in the NFL playoff race. The loser will not have a shot at the post season. The heart breaking loss last week to the Titans will affect the fish this week. Miami is 0-7 ATS after losing by three or less and 0-9 after bowing by six or less. The Dolphins have also stumbled in 16 of 22 at home ATS and in 24 of 32 versus non-division rivals ATS. Houston is 11-2 ATS in the second of back-to-back road games and will get the win.

 Play: Houston +3

3) Sunday December 26th: Denver @ Philly

This is a tale of two teams as the Eagles are in winning mode and the Broncos are fading fast. The Broncos offense has been vulnerable to the run and Westbrook will be in the lineup this week. Denver is a dismal 0-6 ATS in the last four weeks of the regular season and 7-16-1 ATS on the highway in December. The Broncos have also come up short in 13 of 16 ATS off a spread loss. The Eagles win a big game and the Broncos fade out of the playoff picture.

Play: Philadelphia -7

4) Sunday December 26th: Baltimore @ Pittsburgh

The Steelers barely won last week and have to win every game down the stretch if they want to defend their crown. The Ravens are rolling right along and already beat the Steelers once this season. The visitor is now 15-5-1 ATS in the series. Baltimore is 15-4 ATS when the total is between 35 ½ and 42, winning with a balanced offense. The Steelers are 3-10 as favorites this year and they have faltered in 18 of 22 at Heinz Field when giving up 3 ½-points or less. Ravens eliminate their rivals and get closer to the playoffs.

Play: Ravens +3

5) Sunday December 26th: Jacksonville @ New England

Jacksonville had a legitimate shot at the playoffs but the tough schedule down the stretch is proving too difficult for the team to handle. The Patriots are 43-18-2 as home favorites outside their division. They have also cashed 22 of 32 during the last two weeks of the regular season and at a 25-13-2 pace after allowing 10 points or less. The Jaguars are hitting the road after three straight home tests that included back-to-back four-point losses to Miami and Indianapolis, respectively. Jacksonville is 1-10 ATS off a division game and 3-14 ATS after failing to cash two of three. The Patriots win in a rout.

Play: Patriots -9

6) Sunday December 26th: Dallas @ Washington

The Cowboys won a huge game against the Saints and are now right in the thick of the hunt for the playoffs. The Redskins are off a very humiliating game against the Giants. They were manhandled on both sides of the ball and now should take it on the Cowboys. The Cowboys do not match up well against the Skins and the underdog is 23-13 ATS in this series. Take the Skins to keep this game close.

Play: Redskins +6.5

7) Monday December 27th: Vikings @ Bears

The Vikings are slowly falling apart down the stretch and distractions off the fields hurt this team. The underdog has barked in 17 of the previous 20 encounters. Minnesota has failed to cash in 22 of its last 27 road finales and the Vikings are 4-11 as division road favorites. Chicago is 16-8 as home dogs off a SU loss, 14-6 ATS in the Windy City after scoring 10 points or less and 19-7 ATS at home following a double-digit road drubbing. The Bears get revenge for the drubbing they took early in the season and put the press on Favre.

Play: Bears +7
