We’re a little biased, but this may have been the best edition of The Bettor’s Box for this season. Host Adam Burke changed up the Thursday edition with some different looks at the world of Major League Baseball and this one is a must-listen.
We’ve got a lot of must-read content at BangTheBook.com because that’s what happens at your one-stop shop for sports betting news and information. We’ve got you covered for the NBA and NHL playoffs, the daily grind of MLB, and the weekly looks at golf, NASCAR, soccer, tennis, and UFC.
Host Adam Burke gave out a different kind of exit velocity update on today’s edition of the show and that served as the crown jewel of another terrific broadcast of The Bettor’s Box. A look Beyond the Box Score at A’s vs. Indians, Mariners vs. Rangers, Diamondbacks vs. Padres, and Reds vs. Brewers set the framework for a look at exit velocities on a team-by-team basis, including their results against certain pitch types. There are some serious betting advantages to be had with this data.
The Down the Lines segment recapped line moves like always and Adam gave out a free pick for Thursday night’s action. It is a busy holiday weekend in baseball and Adam keyed in on Rays vs. Indians, Padres vs. Blue Jays, Red Sox vs. Astros, Orioles vs. Rockies, and Braves vs. Cardinals for this weekend’s series previews.
