Due to the COVID-19 outbreak among the Rams, the NFL has rescheduled the Week 15 NFC West showdown between Seattle and Los Angeles from Sunday to Tuesday with the kick-off at 7:00 PM ET, so we bring you the best Seahawks vs. Rams betting pick and odds.

Despite their COVID-19 issues, the Rams are 6.5-point home favorites on BetOnline Sportsbook. The Seahawks are listed as +235 moneyline dogs, while the totals sit at 45.0 points. Seattle hopes to avoid a sweep, as the Hawks suffered a 26-17 loss to the Rams as 2.5-point home dogs in Week 5.

The Seahawks eye their third win in a row

The Seattle Seahawks (5-8; 7-6 ATS) are coming off a comfortable 33-13 victory at the Houston Texans this past Sunday. They easily covered a 9.5-point spread on the road, tallying their second consecutive straight-up and ATS victory.

Rashaad Penny led the way for Seattle with 16 carries for 137 yards and a couple of touchdowns, as the Seahawks took fool advantage of the Texans’ leaky run D. Russell Wilson completed 17 of his 28 pass attempts for 260 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while Tyler Lockett had five catches for 142 yards and a TD.

The Seahawks hit a 30-point mark for the second straight week. They beat San Francisco 30-23 as 3-point home dogs in Week 13. Seattle is scoring only 20.9 points per game (tied-21st in the NFL) while yielding 20.2 in a return (5th) on 394.9 total yards (32nd).

The Rams hope to stay on the winning path

The Los Angeles Rams put an end to their three-game losing streak in Week 13, beating the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars 37-7 as 14-point home favorites. Last weekend, they upset the odds as 3-point road dogs at the Arizona Cardinals, 30-23, to improve to 9-4 SU and 6-7 ATS on the season.

Cooper Kupp tortured the Cardinals’ secondary for 13 receptions, 123 yards, and a TD. Sony Michell had 20 carries for 79 yards, while Matthew Stafford completed 23 of his 30 passing attempts for 287 yards and three touchdowns.

The Rams had 25 players on the COVID list on Saturday, including linebacker Von Miller, cornerback Jalen Ramsey, right tackle Rob Havenstein, and tight end Tyler Higbee. Reportedly, the vast majority of the players have been vaccinated.

Trends:

Seattle:

  • 14-6 ATS in the last 20 outings as underdogs

LA Rams:

  • 2-5 ATS in the last seven games overall
  • 1-4 ATS in the last five games played in Week 15

Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams Pick

I have to look to the Seahawks at this spot. It’s a divisional battle, and the Rams have plenty of selection problems, so beating the resilient Seahawks by a touchdown might be a tall order. Seattle is still alive in the playoff race and desperately needs a win here, so I’m backing the Seahawks to keep it close at SoFi Stadium.

The Rams are 4-2 SU and 5-1 ATS in their last six meetings with the Seahawks, but Los Angeles has struggled to cover as of late, going 2-5 ATS in the last seven games overall and 1-3 ATS in the last four contests at home.

Pick: Take Seattle Seahawks +6.5 at -110

The Total:

The under is 4-1 in the last five encounters between the Hawks and Rams. Also, 11 of the Rams’ last 14 games at home have gone under the total, while the under is 14-5-1 in the Seahawks’ previous 20 games at any location.

I would ride these betting trends, though you never know what can happen in a divisional battle. The Rams’ defense might be short-handed in this clash, while the Seahawks’ offense has improved over the last couple of weeks.

Pick: Go under 45.0 points at -110
