The Raiders ended a six-game losing streak last week, but it came against the Chiefs, the last team they had beaten before the losing streak started. Carolina has won three of its last four games, with Cam Newton looking his best on the season. But this a big number for the Panthers to be laying -- their highest of the season. The question is whether the Panthers can rise up as a big favorite, a role much different than being the dog.
