Packers In Trouble?

After my Giants beat the Packers last year all they said is we got lucky... etc.. it was on them they played a bad game..

Fast forward to there next matchup against the 49ers. The Niners did the same thing were aggressive on defense, hit everything that moved. The packers again started dropping balls. Never thought I would say this but looks like the Packers are soft at WR and RB...

The blurprint to play them seems like hittem and keep hitting them.

I agree that they seem to have trouble w/ very physical defenses, but there are not that many teams that can play like that. If they can beat the bears on thursday then I think they will have another good season but will probably struggle in the playoffs especially if they have to face a team like the niners.

The 49ers have a very special defense that hits like no other team that I have seen since the 2000 ravens.

Might be a bit too early to push the panic button even after losing to a quality opponent in week 1, however those chesse faithful that think da Bears will be a walk in the park have another thing coming. Cutler got off to a slow start yesterday but now has Brandon Marshall as a top target while combining Forte and Bush to wear down the defenses. Thursday night will be a real good game and I see Chicago in a high scoring game to cover the near TD and perhaps win outright.

The Packers would whip a weak defense like a dead dog, but a real defense will shut them down every time. Rodgers looked just like a deer in the headlights last night and I wasn't at all surprised. Even the Chiefs beat them last year when Romeo had the team listening to him.

I agree with doof - I think the 49ers D is pretty damn good and just match up extremely well with the Pack...was listening on the radio and they were saying that the pack could still win 13-14 games but just can't beat these guys....

As Ryan said though now teams have the formula - it will be interesting to see if any other teams are able to use it effectively...
