Two teams that can't find their identities so far this season. The Devil Rays and the Phillies. The Devil Rays are pitching Alex Cobb, an average pitcher at best. The Phillies counter with Cliff Lee, who has struggled in his first three starts 0-3.
However, I don't look for the Phillies to lose a double header at home, so there will be extra incentive there. I don't look for Lee to blow up against a light hitting Devil Rays team. And most of all, even the current Phillies line up should be able to score 5 runs against Cobb.
