D’Andre Swift (103 yards on 19 rushes) and Brian Herrien (30 yards on 10 carries) led the running attack while Swift (four receptions, 29 yards) and George Pickens (two catches, 57 yards, one TD) manned the receiving duties in the win.

Georgia Tech just got a 28-26 win over North Carolina State. The defense allowed the Wolfpack to rush for 230 yards on 49 attempts, including two rush TDs. Jordan Houston was a bright spot in the loss, recording 89 rushing yards on 16 attempts for North Carolina State. For Georgia Tech, James Graham completed seven-of-15 passes for 129 yards and three touchdowns. Jordan Mason (141 rushing yards on 22 attempts) and the signal-caller Graham (112 yards on 14 carries, one TD) led the running game while Ahmarean Brown (two receptions, 28 yards, two TDs) and Malachi Carter (two catches, 74 yards) led the pass-catching corps in the win.

Georgia has run the ball on 57.5 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Georgia Tech has an overall rush percentage of 62.4 percent. The Bulldogs have run for 198 yards per game and have 18 scores on the ground this year. The Yellow Jackets are putting up 157 rushing yards per game and have 12 total rush TDs.

Based on the results so far, the Bulldogs may hold an advantage in all aspects of the ground game, since their running backs has generated 5.2 yards per carry while the defense is allowing 2.5 YPC to opponents. The Yellow Jackets have registered 4.2 yards per carry and allowed a YPC of 4.7 to opponents.

The Dawgs offense has tallied 215 yards/contest in the air overall and has 19 passing scores so far. The Yellow Jackets have produced 142 pass yards per contest and have 13 total pass TDs.

The Bulldogs will probably try to maintain tempo by pounding the defense with their running backs. Along with George Pickens (446 yards, five TDs), D’Andre Swift (1,024 rush yards, seven rush TDs, one receiving TD) and Brian Herrien (396 rush yards, five rush TDs) have brought significant production to the offensive gameplans for Georgia.

James Graham has completed 75-of-159 passes for 1,081 yards, 11 TDs and five INTs for Georgia Tech. His ANY/A stands at 5.68 for the season and 4.13 over his last two outings.

The Yellow Jackets also prefer to keep their RBs featured. In addition to Jordan Mason (45 receiving yards), James Graham (276 rush yards, three rush TDs) and Malachi Carter (200 receiving yards and two TDs) have seen a lot of touches recently.
