If you’re looking for productivity at the wide receiver position, Antonio Brown might be the first player on the list. Over the last four seasons, Brown has averaged 120 catches for 1579 yards and 11 touchdowns.

We improved to 4-2 in the Canadian Football League last night, as British Columbia was able to get the victory over Toronto. Coupled with Montreal getting the cover against Edmonton, favorites are now 0-7 ATS on the season and 3-3-1 straight up.

The final division we have to look at is the NFC West, which figures to be a two-team race to the finish line, with the Rams and 49ers both trying to escape the basement. It’s still a little amazing to see how quickly the 49ers went from being a solid football team to being a dismal one.

The NFC South could well be the best division in pro football, or at least the oddsmakers have it right up there, as there isn’t a team with a win total below 8, nor is there a team with a win total of 10 or higher, as the prevailing thought looks to be these teams will take turns beating each other.

We’ll now jump over to the NFC North, where the Packers are again the class of the division, while the Vikings look to get back to their 2015 standards. Detroit is pretty average, while the Bears are trying to get back to respectability, something that could take a little bit of time.

For our 2017 NFL season win totals, we’ll now jump over to the NFC and begin with the NFC East, where the Cowboys are the class of a fairly strong division from top to bottom. Dallas may be the only premier team in the NFC East, but there aren’t any weak teams, either.

The final AFC division we have left is the AFC West, where the Chiefs and Raiders are expected to battle it out for the top spot. The Chargers and Broncos aren’t bad, so this is one of the better-balanced divisions in the league.

We now move to the AFC South, where mediocrity is the name of the game, as we have three teams with totals of 8.5 and Jacksonville with a total of 6.5. Something has to give, obviously, as in order for the Colts, Texans and Titans to go over, those wins will have to come at the expense of somebody and that could very well be Jacksonville.

The AFC North is an interesting division from a season wins standpoint, as three of the four teams are over 8.5 wins. There’s a bit of a gap to the Cleveland Browns, who bring up the rear and deservedly so.

Now that we have our opening power ratings for each of the eight NFL divisions, it’s time to put them to use. We’ll look at the season win totals for each team and use the ratings as our primary guide for choosing an over or under for each team. The power ratings won’t be the only factor that goes into the equation, but they will make up a large portion. We’ll designate one top play per division.

The Dorial Green-Beckham experience with the Philadelphia Eagles is finished. Fifteen games into his stint with the Eagles ended on Friday when the organization decided to part ways with the second-year receiver.

The last division to look at is the NFC West, where it’s pretty much a two-team race between Seattle and the Arizona Cardinals. The Seahawks are the better of the two teams, although probably not as much as they are being given credit for.

Next stop for our opening NFC power ratings is the NFC South, where Atlanta comes into the season with the best rating by a decent margin. Carolina is a bit better than their overall rating, which is actually last in the division and one of the couple that I will adjust before the start of the season.
