NFL Week 7 Picks – Super Six
- Updated: October 22, 2011
NFL week seven is here and the schedule is short with bye weeks, but still filled with winners.
Each week, exclusively at Bangthebook.com I will release the Super Six in the NFL. This will be the top six football betting games that the NFL has to offer. The winning picks kept rolling in at 4-1-1last week and now the overall record is 21-13-2(62%). The record is looking good and the picks are on fire!
Here are the Super Six picks for week seven:
Cleveland Browns vs. Seattle Seahawks
The Cleveland Browns and the Seattle Seahawks are hanging around with a few wins and eager to get another victory after a bye week. The Seahawks are still riding a high after beating the New York Giants and hope it carries into this work. The Seahawks are 4-1 ATS in their last five games in October and the Browns are 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 games following a loss against the spread. Take the points and the dangerous road team.
Seattle Seahawks +3
Denver Broncos vs. Miami Dolphins
The Denver Broncos start the Tim Tebow era letting the young quarterback get his start at the helm. The Dolphins are desperate for their first win of the season and coming in off a short week. The Broncos are 18-37-2 ATS in their last 57 against the AFC and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games as a road underdog. The Broncos may get better, but it won’t be this week.
Miami Dolphins -3
Washington redskins vs. Carolina Panthers
The Washington Redskins are off a loss against the Philadelphia Eagles, which has prompted a change at quarterback. Rex Grossman will be benched in favor of John Beck, who will start for the Redskins. The Carolina Panthers have no problem at quarterback as Cam Newton has looked sharp. The Redskins are 7-20-3 ATS against a team with a losing record and the Panthers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games. Panthers win and cover the number in this game.
Carolina Panthers -3
Chicago Bears vs. Tampa Bay (England)
The Chicago Bears and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play overseas in an interesting game, between two teams on the rise. The Buccaneers are 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game and the Bears are 1-7-2 ATS in their last 10 games as a road favorite of 0.5-3.0. The Bucs are brimming with confidence after a win against the New Orleans Saints and win again.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3
Atlanta Falcons vs. Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions are a surprise this year, but recently fell to the SF 49ers. Now they need to regroup to take on the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 road games against a team with a winning home record and the Lions are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0. The Falcons need to string a few wins together to get back into the hunt for the playoffs and upset the Lions in this game.
Atlanta Falcons +3.5
Pittsburgh Steelers at Arizona Cardinals
The Pittsburgh Steelers are starting to look like the Steelers from a year ago that went to the Super bowl. The Arizona Cardinals are stumbling with Kevin Kolb at the helm. And he will try and right the ship as a home dog. The Steelers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road games and the Cardinals are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games as a home underdog. Look for another upset in this game.
Arizona Cardinals +4
