NFL Odds Week 13: First Look At Lines

The dust is settled after the Monday night game between the Carolina Panthers and the Philadelphia Eagles bringing Week 12 to a close. Although some odds trickled out Sunday night, all of the odds are coming out and all of the handicappers are scrambling to get the numbers that they want to make a winning wager for Week 13.

It all starts on Thursday when the New Orleans Saints travel to Atlanta to take on the high-flying Falcons in a must-win game for the Saints. After losing to the San Francisco 49ers, the Saints are in a pinch and if they want to make the playoffs after the slow start they have to beat the Falcons. The problem is the Falcons hate the Saints and are one of the best teams in football. Due to this intense rivalry the Falcons opened up as -3.5 point favorites and the number was quickly bet down to 3 points. This is just the first game on a big card for this weekend in the NFL.

The Green Bay Packers will look to rebound after getting crushed by the New York Giants and are labeled nine point chalk against the divisional rival Minnesota Vikings. The Packers now are one game behind the Bears for the division lead.

There is no line for the Bears yet, as the Seahawks are dealing with possible suspensions, but it will be released shortly so keep an eye out for it.

In one of the biggest games of the week the New York Giants host RG3 in his Monday Night Football debut. Despite the big win on the Turkey Day, the Washington Redskins are still 3 point underdogs against the G-Men on the big stage.

This is a quick glimpse of odds for some of the biggest games of the week, but keep an eye on the changing numbers in an attempt to find the Best Bet of the week.
