ncaab betting trends february 4NCAAB – TRENDS OF THE DAY

After a busy Saturday, the second day of the weekend brings us lot fewer matchups to work with as only 14 duels take place today. Still, we’ve managed to identify a number of good directions to follow in order to finish the week like a winner, with some money transferred from your bookies’ pockets to yours. Four ATS picks and four Totals picks are waiting for in the text below but if you want to work through every single today’s game, you can do it here at DSI Sportsbook. There are no H2H matchups between top-ranked teams but be patient, the next week should resound with fireworks.

Here are a couple of most interesting duels today: Arizona State (16-6) at Washington St. (16-6), Temple (12-10) at Tulane (13-8), Tulsa (12-10) at South Florida (8-15), Wisconsin (10-14) at Maryland (15-9), Seton Hall (17-5) at Villanova (21-1), Illinois (12-11) at Ohio St. (19-5), Colgate (12-10) at Navy (15-9) and Georgia Tech (11-11) at Boston College (13-9).

ATS TRENDS

  • The Yellow Jackets are 18-7 in last 25 vs. Atlantic Coast.

The ATS line in the matchup between Boston College Eagles and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets favors the Eagles at 4.0 but this should be a very close game and the fact that the Underdog is 12-3-1 ATS in last 16 meetings between these two foes strengthens the case for Yellow Jackets’ ATS win.

  • The Buckeyes are 9-2 in their last 11 vs. Big Ten.

The Ohio St. Buckeyes will host the Illinois Fighting Illini and even though the line favors them a bit too high at 12.0 points, I think that they will take this one their way. Illinois is 2-5-1 ATS in last eight games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight up win.

  • The Terrapins are 7-0 in their last seven home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

Besides aforementioned trend, the Terrapins are also 6-0-1 ATS in their last seven home games, and they certainly have the edge over Wisconsin at home. The Badgers on the other side are 1-4-1 ATS in last six road games.

  • The Cougars are 10-4 in their last 14 home games.

The ATS line in the matchup between Washington St. and Arizona State favors the Sun Devils at 8.0 even though they’re playing on the road, making the Cougars ATS win a no-brainer. The Sun Devils are not the same team from the start of the season and the 1-7-2 ATS record in their last 10 games overall confirms it.

O/U TRENDS

  • Under is 14-2 in Raiders last 16 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600.

The Colgate Raiders feature a number of low-scoring tendencies lately, and today they’re squaring off with Navy Midshipmen who are 6-1-1 in Under in last eight games following a straight up win.

  • Under is 8-2 in Pirates last 10 vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

The Seton Hall are going on the road to face the No. 1 ranked Villanova squad that is by my opinion, ripe for another ATS loss considering the fact that the line favors them at 12.5, but a much less risky option would be to go for Under here. As a matter of fact, it’s imperative for you to go this way because the Wildcats stand at 7-2 in Under in last nine vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

  • Over is 7-1 in Bulls last eight overall.

The today’s biggest high-scoring potential comes from the matchup that will take place at USF Sun Dome between the Bulls and the Golden Hurricane as Tulsa stands at 8-1 in their last nine games vs. a team with a winning & below .400.

  • Over is 17-4 in Green Wave last 21 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

Another top high-scoring trend waits for us at the end of the list with both Temple and Tulane featuring a number of positive Over tendencies. The Owls are 7-2 in Over in last nine games following a straight-up win while the Green Wave also stands at 8-2 in Over in last 10 games following an ATS loss.
