We just managed to sneak over the number last night with the Warriors and move to 48-36 on the season. Decent-sized slate today, so we’ll get right to it.
New Orleans at Philadelphia: The 76ers are favored by 5 and the total has dipped slightly to 219.5 and I have it 111-104 for the 76ers. Philadelphia is 13-10-2 after a win, while the Pelicans have gone 17-7 after a loss.
Clippers at Detroit: The Pistons are favored by 3 and the total is 220, while I have Detroit winning 106-104. The Pistons are 6-1 in their last seven, while the Clippers are on an 0-5 run, so will stay away from conflicting trends.
Cleveland at Atlanta: The Cavs are favored by 2 and the total is 216, while I have Atlanta winning 108-108. The Hawks are 3-9 in their last 12 at home.
Indiana at Boston: The Celtics are favored by 4 in a bit of a reverse line move towards the Pacers and the total is 203.5, while I have this one 106-101 for the Celtics. The Pacers are 4-10 in their last 14 road games.
Milwaukee at Miami: The Heat are favored by 1.5 and the total is 199, while I have the Bucks winning 100-97. The Bucks are in some decent under trends; going 0-8-1 on the road in their last nine and 1-13-2 in their last 16 games overall.
Minnesota at Chicago: The Timberwolves are favored by 7.5 and the total is 215.5, while I made it 108-106 for the Timberwolves. The Timberwolves are 12-10 after a loss and the Bulls are 16-18 after a loss.
Denver at Houston: The Rockets are favored by 8 and the total is 221, while I have Houston winning 118-109. The Rockets are in a bit of an under run, going 2-9-2 in their last 13 games. Denver is 12-16 after a loss and Houston is 16-21-2 after a win.
Charlotte at Utah: The Jazz are favored by 6 and the total is 205.5, while I have the Jazz winning 104-100. The Hornets are 2-7 in their last nine games as an underdog. The Jazz are 11-14 after a win and the Hornets are 15-15 after a loss. Will tab the under here for today’s play.
Portland at Sacramento: The Blazers are favored by 5 and the total is 207, while I made Portland a 107-103 winner. The Blazers are just 2-15 in their last 17 as an away favorite dating back to last year, while the Kings have gone 8-2 in their last 10 at home.
