We dropped to 43-32 for the season on Friday, as the Suns were dismal from the field, which brings us to a decent Saturday slate, headlined by Boston at golden State.
Oklahoma City at Detroit: The Thunder are favored by 3.5 on the road and the total is 206.5, while I made this one 102-96 for the Pistons. The Pistons are just 2-10 in their last 12 games as a home underdog, although slowing things down hasn’t worked out all that well, as Detroit is 3-9 straight-up and 5-7 ATS in those games. OKC is 13-14 after a win and Detroit is 5-17-1 after a loss.
Orlando at Indiana: The Pacers are favored by 6 and the total is 213.5, while I have Indiana winning 111-103 in a game that sees both teams with some under trends.
Washington at Atlanta: The Wizards are favored by 3.5 in a game the Hawks are getting a little respect and the total has climbed two points to 212.5, while I have Atlanta winning 107-104. Both teams have trends to the under working in their favor.
Charlotte at Miami: The Heat are favored by 4 and the total on this one is up to 204.5, while I have Miami winning 105-104. There are no real trends of note.
Boston at Golden State: The Warriors are favored by 10 and the total has dropped to 219.5 in a slight reverse move. I have the Warriors winning 109-102. The Warriors are in an over mode at home, while the Celtics are 1-7-1 in their last nine games as an underdog and have gone an impressive 7-2 straight-up and 8-1 ATS in those games and one of them came over the Warriors, where they won 92-88 as 7.5-point home underdogs.
Brooklyn at Minnesota: The Timberwolves are favored by 11 and the total here is 215. I made the Timberwolves a 112-106 winner in a game that doesn’t really have much in the way or trends.
Dallas at Denver: The Nuggets are favored by 8 and the total is 209.5, while I have Denver winning 107-102. Both teams are in under situations, as the Mavs are 2-7 in their last nine, while the Nuggets have gone 2-8 in their last 10 home games and 4-13 in their last 17 games overall. The Nuggets are 10-14 after a win and Dallas is 11-20-1 after a loss, so will take the under in this spot in a bit of a tough call, as several of the unders have a bit of promise today.
