MLB Betting Trends for Series Starting 8/11 and 8/12
- Updated: August 11, 2014
Most people expected the AL Central to be a division that was pretty much decided at this point in the season. Instead, Detroit has a ½ a game lead on the Royals, and it is the tightest division in baseball right now. While I still expect Detroit to be victorious in the division, it’s nice to have another interesting race. In the past month, the under is hitting at about 55% in all of baseball. That’s a big number for such a large sample size. Don’t be surprised if start seeing slightly lower game totals in the weeks ahead.
