The line for this AFC game is placed at 4 points in favor of Tennessee. The Jaguars are currently receiving +140 moneyline odds while the Titans are -160. The over/under has been set at 37 points. There should be some good live betting possibilities in the showdown.

The Jaguars are 4-8 straight up (SU), including 1-3 SU against AFC South opponents. The Titans are 6-6 SU overall and 2-2 SU versus divisional foes. The less-than-stellar Jaguars are 4-6-2 against the spread (ATS) and are down 8.7 units so far. They’ve been a decent under bet and have recorded an O/U mark of 5-7.

The Titans are up 2.9 units this season. They’re 6-6 ATS and also have an O/U record of 5-7.

The Jaguars enter after a 6-0 win over Indianapolis last week. Cody Kessler completed 18 passes on 24 attempts for only 150 yards. Carlos Hyde (only 36 yards on 13 rush attempts) provided the ground attack in the win while Yeldon (seven receptions, 49 yards) and Donte Moncrief (three catches, 40 yards) handled the receiving duties.

Tennessee is coming off of a 26-22 win over the Jets in Week 13. The defensive unit let the Jets rush for 156 yards on 33 attempts. Isaiah Crowell was a bright spot in the loss for New York, recording 98 rushing yards on 21 attempts. For Tennessee, Marcus Mariota completed 20-of-35 passes for 282 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Derrick Henry (40 rushing yards on 10 attempts, one TD) handled the ground game in the win while Corey Davis (three receptions, 42 yards, one TD) and Taywan Taylor (three catches, 104 yards) led the pass-catching corps.

Jacksonville has run the ball on 43.2 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Tennessee has a rush percentage of 49.7 percent. The Jaguars have rushed for 111 yards per game (including 82 per game against South opponents) and have six scores via handoffs this year. The Titans are logging 113 rush yards per contest (111 in conference) and have eight total rushing TDs.

The Jags have averaged 240 yards in the air overall (212 per game versus conference opposition) and have 14 passing scores so far. The Titans have recorded 219 pass yards per game (201.3 in the AFC) and also have 14 total pass TDs.

The Jaguars will probably try to control the clock by feeding their running backs early and often. In addition to receiver Dede Westbrook (509 receiving yards and three touchdowns), Leonard Fournette (314 rush yards, four rush TDs, one receiving TD) and T.J. Yeldon (385 rush yards, one rush TD, 455 receiving yards, four receiving TDs) have brought significant production to the offense for Jacksonville.

Marcus Mariota has recorded 1,865 yards, nine TDs and seven INTs for Tennessee. His ANY/A stands at 5.49 for the year and 8.48 over his last two outings.

The Titans also like to utilize their backfield. In addition to Corey Davis (648 receiving yards, three receiving TDs), Taywan Taylor (318 receiving yards and one receiving TD) and Derrick Henry (444 rush yards, five rush TDs) have gotten plenty of looks recently.
