The Indiana State Sycamores (12-10) look to extend their seven-game home winning streak when they take on the Drake Bulldogs (6-16), who have dropped 10 in a row on the road. The game starts at 7:00 pm ET on Tuesday, Feb. 2 and will air on ES3.
The Sycamores were beaten by Loyola Chicago 104-96 on Saturday. Brenton Scott finished with 28 points to lead the team. The Bulldogs are coming off an 80-70 win over Bradley on Saturday. Graham Woodward led the game in scoring with 23 points on 7-for-11 shooting.
Reed Timmer has been on fire over the last five games for the Bulldogs, averaging 19.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.0 three-pointer.
Second-chance opportunities are expected to be few and far between for the Bulldogs in this contest. They rank 307th in the nation in offensive rebounding (OR% of 25.5%), while Indiana State is 16th-best in the nation on the defensive backboards (DR% of 75.7%).
