College Football Bowl Trends December 30 thru BCS Title Game

Bowl season is here! It’s the most exciting time of the year for college football fans. The Bowl season is a busy time of the year, so we wanted to split the bowl betting trends article into two parts. This trends article will focus on key trends and key matchups between now December 30 and the BCS title game on January. This will be the final NCAA betting trends to consider article for the season.
-MTSU and Navy meet in the Armed Forces Bowl. Middle Tennessee State is 0-5-1 ATS in their last 6 non-conference games. Navy is 13-6 ATS in their last 19 games against a Conference USA opponent. The under is 19-9 in Navy’s last 28 games.
-The Holiday Bowl features two high-octane offenses who have struggled in their last few bowl appearances. Texas Tech is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 bowl games. -The Capital One Bowl is a great matchup between the SEC and Big Ten. South Carolina and Wisconsin both play hard-nosed football and you can expect a huge battle in the trenches for this game. -Stanford and Michigan State in the Rose Bowl may be the best game outside of the BCS title game. The Cardinal and Spartans both run the football and play terrific defense. -Baylor is 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games against a team with a winning record. UCF is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 non-conference games. The over is 35-16-1 in Baylor’s last 52 games. The total is set at 69 points here.
-Oklahoma State and Missouri should be a great game in the Cotton Bowl. Oklahoma State is 12-2 ATS in their last 14 following a loss. Missouri is 10-3 ATS in their last 13 following a loss. The under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings between these teams.
-Clemson and Ohio State meet in the Orange Bowl. The Tigers are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 bowl games. The Buckeyes are 0-4 ATS in their last 4. Ohio State is 43-21-2 ATS in their last 66 against a team with a winning record. The under is 4-0 in the Buckeyes last 4 bowl games.
-Florida State and Auburn meet in the BCS Championship Game in Pasadena this season. Florida State is 8-0-1 ATS in their last 9 bowl games. The Seminoles are also 12-2 ATS in their last 14 games overall. Florida State is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 against a team with a winning record.
