Coming out of football weekends with a clear head and a sense of what’s going on is not easy. We didn’t make it any easier on you with today’s edition of BangTheBook Radio because we flipped the script a little bit. Professional handicapper Kyle Hunter soldiered through as much of the show as he could, as he and host Adam Burke started the September 16 podcast with the College Football First Look. Adam finished out the show on his own.
We’ve got a lot of helpful content already going up for this week at BangTheBook.com. Adam’s college football power ratings and college football Opening Line Report have already been posted. We’ve got some thoughts on tonight’s Browns/Jets game via the SuperContest and also Danny Vorgs’s NFL power ratings. More great stuff will come your way as the week goes along, so keep it tuned right here.
Host Adam Burke had a quick introduction to begin the show and then got down to business with our first segment.
Professional handicapper Kyle Hunter of HunterSportsPicks.com was well below 100% today, but he knows what the people want and that is college football betting insight and analysis. On this week’s College Football First Look, the guys talked about what we saw in Week 3 and then took a look ahead at Week 4.
Adam and Kyle discussed Houston vs. Tulane, Utah vs. USC, and Air Force vs. Boise State as three highlight games this week before we get to a fully loaded college football Saturday. The guys also took a look at Saturday’s Michigan vs. Wisconsin and Oklahoma State vs. Texas.
It was a bit of a grab bag segment to round out this Monday show on BangTheBook Radio. Adam started with some thoughts on what’s left of the MLB regular season. Then he talked Monday Night Football and also recapped what was a frustrating NFL Sunday for him. He talked about how to evaluate whether or not you made a bad play, depending on how the game plays out.
Join us on Tuesday when we chat NFL Week 3 and golf with Brian Blessing and then college football Week 4 and some more NFL with Ralph Michaels.
