One of the most interesting NFL games of Week 10 is this one between the divisional foes on Sunday, November 13, and here you can get the best Cardinals vs. Rams betting pick and odds.

Both Arizona and Los Angeles are hoping to avoid the third loss in a row when they face at SoFi Stadium. The Rams are slight -1.5 favorites on Bovada Sportsbook, while the total is set at 40.5 points. These NFC West foes have already met this year, and the Rams won 20-12 in Arizona.

Cardinals continued with defensive woes in a loss to Seattle

The Arizona Cardinals (3-6-0, 4-5-0 ATS) suffered their fourth defeat in five games and for the third straight time, they allowed 30+ points to the opponents. After losing to the Minnesota Vikings on the road, the Cards lost 31-21 to the divisional rivals Seattle Seahawks at home, which is a far more painful defeat. Not only that they struggled defensively, but the Cardinals also couldn’t get their offense going. Seattle was better in total yards (421-262), first downs (27-15), and possession (421-261).

Kyler Murray completed 25 of 35 passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns. He also led the Cards in rushing yards with 60 on eight carries. Zach Ertz and DeAndre Hopkins caught those TD passes, while Rondale Moore led the team in receiving yards with 69 on eight receptions. Budda Baker was the most active on defense with team-high 11 tackles.

QB Colt McCoy (calf), S Budda Baker (ankle), WR Marquise Brown (foot), and T Cody Ford (ankle) are out indefinitely. C Rodney Hudson (knee), LB Dennis Gardeck (ankle), and CB Byron Murphy (back) are questionable to face the Rams on Sunday.

Rams conceded a last-minute TD in a loss to the Buccaneers

The Los Angeles Rams (3-5-0, 2-5-1 ATS) also suffered the fourth loss in five games, and the reigning champions are in real problems right now. If they don’t improve very soon, the Rams are going to miss out on the playoffs, which would be a major shock. The most recent loss came to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road and it was a narrow one. The Rams had a 4-point lead until the final minute when Tom Brady led a game-winning drive for the Bucs, who scored with nine seconds remaining to snatch a 16-13 W.

Matthew Stafford completed 13 of 27 passes for 165 yards and one touchdown. Cooper Kupp had another Pro Bowl-worthy display as he led all the receivers with 127 yards and a score on eight receptions, but was the only one in the mood offensively for the struggling Rams. Darrell Henderson Jr. had 56 rushing yards on 12 carries. Defensively, Bobby Wagner was rock-solid with a game-high 13 tackles.

QB Matthew Stafford (concussion), C Brian Allen (knee), DT Greg Gaines (elbow), and T Alaric Jackson (knee) are questionable to play on Sunday against Arizona.

Trends:

Arizona:

  • 1-4 ATS in the last five games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game
  • 0-6 ATS in the last six vs. NFC West rivals

Los Angeles:

  • 4-1-1 ATS in the last six games after accumulating less than 250 total yards in their previous game

Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Pick

Stafford’s availability for Sunday’s game is up in the air, but in all honesty, even with him under the center, the Rams didn’t look good. Los Angeles has the fourth-worst offense in the NFL which is averaging 16.4 points per game, and the only reason I am backing them to win is the fact that Arizona has the second-weakest defense that allows 26.8 ppg. The Cardinals have a weak secondary which will be even weaker without Pro Bowl safety Budda Baker, so if the Rams don’t exploit this, particularly Cooper Kupp, and get a W, they don’t deserve to be in the playoff conversation.

Pick: Take the Rams at -1.5 (-110)

The Total

Los Angeles has the second-worst run offense that averages just 68.4 yards per game, but their run defense is among the top 5 in the league. I expect both teams to force pass offenses, which is normal when you have such players as DeAndre Hopkins and Zach Ertz on one, and Cooper Kupp, Allen Robinson II, and Van Jefferson on the other side. Arizona’s poor defense is one of the biggest reasons I am going with Over. Also, I think it’s about time to see the Rams’ offense play a good game. The total has gone Over in nine of Arizona’s last 12 games played in November.

Pick: Go Over 39.5 points (-135)
