The Las Vegas Aces are the early favorites to win the 2020 WNBA championship at 5Dimes. Las Vegas added a key player in the offseason when Atlanta’s Angel McCoughtry joined as a free agent.

The Connecticut Sun are No. 2 in the odds after adding DeWanna Bonner in a trade from Phoenix. Los Angeles and the defending champion Washington Mystics round out the top four. Seattle is next, followed by the Phoenix Mercury.

The odds suggest the WNBA is a battle of the “haves” and “have nots” with six teams at +625 or less. The other six teams are +1850 and higher, with Chicago the best of the bunch.

The WNBA Draft is scheduled for April 10 and all eyes will be on Dallas. The Wings hold four first-round picks and all are No. 9 or higher. Dallas hasn’t shown any indication of looking to trade for established players, but have the assets.

The New York Liberty will likely take Oregon’s Sabrina Ionescu with the No. 1 pick.
