Both these teams are out of the playoffs but the Pacers come in off a huge win over the Cavs. After a w in like that it is hard to get excited for the lowly Nets. This line is rising and the Nets will keep it close. The Nets are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games vs. a team with a winning home record and the road team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. The Nets may not win but they keep it close.  

4/6: Sacramento Kings +6 5 units

The Spurs are in a tough spot because they are off a big win against the Lakers and they have a game against the Suns Wednesday night. They also are really banged up right now and very thin at the point. All-NBA point guard Tony Parker has been on the injured list since fracturing his right hand on March 6. Second-year combo guard George Hill thrived as Parker's replacement for 16 games before injuring his right ankle in Sunday's otherwise celebratory win over the Lakers. That leaves the Spurs devoid of a true point guard, now and for the immediate future. The Spurs have always been suspect in this spot as they are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games as a road favorite. The Kings are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and have a shot to win this game tonight. Take the points and the Kings.

The Magic are caught in a sandwich off of a huge game against Miami that went into OT and a game against the Hawks on deck.  They have scored at least 120 in the last two games against the Sixers. Wade and the Heat get the Lakers on a cross country trip and will be ready to play them at home. The Lakers will be more about enjoying Miami then winning this game. The Lakers are 0-5-3 ATS in their last 8 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game and the Heat are 10-3-1 ATS in their last 14 vs. NBA Pacific.

The Lakers beat the Nuggets in a huge game so you will have to excuse them if they have a hard time getting up for this game against the Pacers. The Jazz has played well but they are not even above .500 on the road and the recent winning streak has made them favorites on the road. Take Houston to win as the best play of the night! 

2/9: Clippers +4.5 5 units

The Jazz are one of the hottest teams in the league right now but this is a letdown spot for them. They just beat the Nuggets and have a stop at the Clippers before heading home to take on Kobe and the Lakers. The Clippers are 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 home games and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. The home team is 19-7 ATS in the last 26 meetings and the Clippers will pull the upset at home and win this game on the floor.

The Mavericks do not play defense and have been inconsistent all year. They just lost to the Timberwolves and have a rematch with the Warriors after just playing them a few nights ago. Look for another let down tonight and the outright win by the Warriors.

This is the end of the road for the Lakers. The end of a long road trip and the fresh off a buzzer beating win against the rival Celtics. The Lakers will have a winning road trip so this game means nothing to them.
