Maty Mauk led the way with 325 passing yards on Saturday as the Tigers picked up a 49-24 victory over the Rockets at Glass Bowl.

The Tigers were a -3.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 61.

Russell Hansbrough rushed for 84 yards, while Marcus Murphy added 56 yards in the win. Bud Sasser and Jimmie Hunt added 121 and 71 receiving yards respectively.

Kareem Hunt rushed for 148 yards for Toledo, while Marc Remy added 7 yards. Phillip Ely threw for 204 yards for the Rockets, while receivers Alonzo Russell and Dwight Macon had 89 and 37 yards respectively.

Toledo lost the offensive yardage battle to Missouri 502-408 yards in Saturday's game. Missouri had more first downs as that total ended up 25-18.

Toledo lost the time of possession battle 33:45-26:15, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Missouri heads into a Week 3 battle against Central Florida. Toledo, meanwhile, will have their next action against Cincinnati.
