Purdue was unable to contain Josh Ferguson on Saturday and the result was a 20-16 Week 13 loss against the Fighting Illini.

Purdue lost the offensive yardage battle to Illinois 380-283 yards in Saturday's game. Illinois had more first downs as that total ended up 22-11.

Illinois looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Northwestern. Purdue will aim to get back on the winning track at Indiana.
