Not sure I get this Seau family lawsuit?

I mean we obviously are in a lawsuit happy world right now and anyone can sue anyone for anything, but what are they thinking they are going to get? Unless the NFL has a smoking gun somewhere like the tobacco industry did and they knew that concussions were going to have this kind of impact and hid it away, which seems pretty far-fetched to me what exactly are they trying to accomplish? Yes it's a tragedy but hell even with what we know now the players will do their best to fake it and pretend they don't have one to get back in there....unfortunately if you look at what happened to Alex Smith losing his job because of injury (not necessarily that it wouldn't have happened anyway) it's going to continue....some of these guys you can tell them they won't be able to function when they're 45 and they'd still go play....

Once again it's the lawyers that make all the money.....

I dont get it either. Its going to be interesting how this all shakes out along with the retired players lawsuit. Could change the way we know nfl football.

I also question how can the NFL be held responsible only? These guys for the most part played football in college and before? How do we know the NFL is only to blame?

Also part of their suit is against NFL Films for "glorifying" the big hits.....now that is a serious stretch for sure....
