Day 1!

So my new years resolution was to lose some weight. I am about 70 pounds over weight. To kick it off I am doing a 5 day detoxifying cleanse. Basically all natural organic juice etc... I have never gone without eating for more then a day so here goes nothing! Will update you throughout the day and week.

GL Ryan... I won't say a detox of the system is easy but hang in there and you can do it. !!!!

I commend you for going the detox route, as it could be the most time and result efficient way to go. I hope your pattern is balanced and under control throughout your goal setting as well as the effects as it is of course not easy to get used to the first week or so. I think you will do fine. The biggest challenge might be Super Bowl Sunday if gone beyond this week of course.

As we talked about been trying to get healthy also for the new year. Been taking the shakes every day or two as a regular diet routine. I will speak to you tomorrow and then leave you alone the rest of the week cause you are gonna be way too much of a bitch after that to deal with. lol

Enjoy and enjoy your special time in the bathroom. :)

I am probably about 40 pounds over weight and started diet as well today. Trying the atkins. I gained 20 pounds while off work with my back surgery. I should be going back to work within two weeks.

Glad to hear your heading back to work. Hope atkins works out for you. I have done it in the past and had success however the problem recently for me was that my wife wasnt doing it so it was too hard. She is on board with this so hopefully it works

Day 2... OH The pain.. Head aches through out the night and morning. Starving. Actually feel hungover. I am told by tomorrow it will pass and start feeling better by Thursday I should feel great. Cant get here fast enough
