RB Stevan Ridley (1,189 yards) rushed for 71 yards (3.7 yards per carry) against the Dolphins earlier this season. Miami's run defense, led by DTs Randy Starks and Paul Soliai, and backed by LBs Karlos Dansby and Kevin Burnett, does a good job. They're ranked 10th (104.5 yards per game). If Ridley gets big yards, Miami is in trouble. But the Dolphins are likely to deliver again. EDGE: Dolphins
Spread: Titans minus-4.5
Public consensus pick: 52 percent picked Titans
Public perception: Another game with both teams playing out the string. The public looks split on this one.
Wiseguys' view: The Jaguars are coming off a cover against the Patriots. Plus, they won and covered their earlier meeting against the Titans 24-19. Most wiseguys will tell you that when two bad teams are playing, you should take the points (or bet the over since it could turn into a sand-lot shootout).
Tuley's Take: Yes, I won with the Jaguars last week against the Patriots, but part of the reason (in addition to the double-digit spread) was they have played their best when facing the best, also covering against the Packers and Texans. I see no such incentive here. The pick: Pass (pool play: Titans).
