Fla vs FSU history

This is the first time since the 2000 meeting that both teams are ranked in the top 10. Florida State has won the last two meetings, but the Gators own the series lead 33-21-2. UF has won three of its last four trips to Tallahassee.

Of the last 202 times the AP No. 1 played an unranked team, this NDvsUSC game is the first time it's favored by fewer than 7 points.

(8) Stanford at (17) UCLA (2, 52.5)

UCLA will put its five-game winning streak on the line when it hosts Stanford on Saturday. The Cardinal, who knocked off Oregon last week, are trying to lock down the Pac-12 North Division and a rematch with the Bruins in six days. Stanford has the luxury of a stout defense, which ranks No. 2 in the country against the run. The unit will have to find a way to stop Bruins RB Johnathan Franklin, who has rushed for over 160 yards in three of the last four games. The under is 5-0 in Stanford’s last five road games.

Cole's College Football Picks

okay it has been awhile and i usually have a pick posted by now so let's get one going

Michigan +5

I am backing the wiseguys and I love the fact that Hoke has saved some game planning for this big game and gets a shot at taking out Meyer. Debard at WR/RB/QB--heck maybe even punter will be hard for the Buckeye's to adjust to.

From UGA perspective, biggest game with Tech since 1982, when it had to win to set up NC game with Penn State in the Sugar Bowl.

#12 South Carolina Gamecocks (9-2, 2-2 road) at #11 Clemson Tigers (10-1, 6-0 home)

When: Saturday, 7:00pm ET
Open: Clemson -5
Current: Clemson -3.5

Analysis: The Tigers have won seven straight and are now 7-1 ATS over their last eight games overall. And despite the fact that the line is moving against us, we’re still backing Clemson in this primetime showdown against in-state rival South Carolina. The upside here is the fact that Clemson can’t get caught looking ahead to the ACC Championship game like they did last season, as Florida State has already wrapped up that side of the conference. Instead, the Tigers will be gunning for a chance to play in the Sugar Bowl.

Take note: The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these two schools.
