I know he had his back surgery today... so He's probably still out of it... But if my memory is correct, it was out-patient surgery so hopefully he'll check in soon!

Hope all is well Mark!!!

Hello everybody!! Surgery went well. I was at the hospital much longer than I thought I would be. This weekend is going to suck. I am up and walking. I have some pretty good pain going on right now. About 15 minutes is as much as I can take no matter what position I am sitting in. This really sucks. Loading up on pain pills to get caught up with the pain. I have been awake since 5:00 am Friday morning and have not slept yet. Not so sure I will even be able to fall asleep tonight. I have been trying but keep getting up to walk around. I have my alarm set in case I fall asleep every four hours so I don't miss any pills. I will be on here Saturday on and off. Missed all the baseball contests today and I liked St Louis and Baltimore and of course they won. I am more than likely going to be off work the rest of the year, so I will have lots of time to post.

Again I want to thank everybody for the good wishes and thoughts. It means a lot to me. You guys are my internet family.

mark, just take it slow and easy! Do whatever you need to do to be comfortable while you heal from the surgery! I am sure the first few days will be the worst but we are all here pulling for you!

3:10 am, and I am still awake. That tells you what kind of night it has been. I am never up this late. It an only get better though. I am hoping even by Monday morning to show a significant difference.
