Nice win story from Thursday night

We all like to bitch about bad beats and I'm just like everyone else....(had over 8.5 in the Red Sox/O's game earlier this week and it was 7-1 after the 6th and the Sox loaded the bases twice with less than 2 outs but it ended 7-1...just an example - LOL) but I had luck go the right way last night....

played Cleveland +9 and Under 43.5 in the Atlanta/Cincy game on a teaser...Atlanta gets the ball with 5 minutes left 24-13 and proceeds to march down the field, picking up a 4th and 4 at the 50 and scores a touchdown with 2:03 left...figured I was toast but don't have my football brain working yet so of course they go for 2 and miss...get the ball back and march down the field again but fortunately they had to have a TD and they were given a first down at the 25 but was reviewed and reversed making it 4th and 1 at the 26 and they didn't make it so I cover the under by a half....

Whew - just everyone make sure I remember that one next time I'm ready to whine about a bad beat - won't stop me from whining but at least there's one good win story there - LOL

Good Luck out there with Friday's games - full MLB slate and 6 more NFL preseason games!!!!

LOL, awesome. Unfortunately, I guarantee that won't stick in your memory as long as the bad beat will! Just the way it goes.

I must be gettin' old... I still think baseball is cool.
