Spurs vs Thunder! WOW

Talk about a great matchup. With Heat hurting IMO champ comes from this series. This one goes 6-7 for sure.

I think the series goes the minimum 6 games as well. However, I have to go with experience here as the big 3 of Duncan, Parker and Ginobli will take out Durant, Westbrook and Harden. Popovich and company have won 18 straight games and haven't lost since April 11th, well before the end of the regular season. Series wins over the Jazz and Clippers were cakewalk sweeps. The veteran leadership and no quit fight means no lead against them is safe. OKC has the youth drive and determination, but would have to execute worlds better than what they did against the Lakers since this Spurs bunch can beat you playing up tempo or a tenacious half court defense. Will be interesting to see but no question the winner of these Western Conference finals is hands down the NBA Champ of 2011-12.

Spurs are definitely looking extremely dangerous right now. Originally thought Oklahoma will likely win the west, but not sure now. Spurs are more experienced and probably better coached as well. Should be a great series!

I like the Spurs here, I really don't see how OKC can primarily be a jump shooting team and expect the shots to continually fall. They are good though, and for my money, if I had to build a team around a young star, I'd take Durant over James. He's longer, not afraid of the big moment, and once he commits to being a great defender, he will be.

I must be gettin' old... I still think baseball is cool.

This is a Toughy for me! I have been rooting for both teams all year! I think SA has the more polished team but OKC is quick and act like they are out there just having fun! To me this match-up will seem more like a championship matchup and "should" be great fun to watch!!!

Got all the makings of a classic series, which means the Spurs will probably win in five lol

I have OKC to win the west and championship. Before the the start of the playoffs, I thought the spurs were doing there typical great NBA reg season, and bow out early in the playoffs but this team has me scared. I didnt hedge my bet at all but I am really thinking about it.

OKC being the younger and more athletic team may give the spurs a hell of a fight. But OKC does reply primarily on jump shooting which is with every team up and down , spurs with all that experience probably takes it in 6.
