WEDNESDAY FIRST 5 INNINGS PLAY (YTD 4-3)

CWS/Cleveland over 3.5 -110:
The Chicago White Sox pulled out a rare win their last time out behind Alex Rios' clutch display at the plate. They seem to have a good chance of salvaging a four-game split against the Cleveland Indians with Jake Peavy taking the hill Wednesday night at Progressive Field. Peavy (3-1,1.99 ERA), who's received an average of just 2.81 runs of support over his last three starts, would surely love to see Rios' momentum carry over. While his numbers leave little to be desired, a heavy workload has some concerned about how the oft-injured right-hander will hold up as the season wears on.

Shin-Soo Choo and Asdrubal Cabrera are a combined 9 for 24 (.375) lifetime against Peavy, each taking him deep once. Winner of six of eight, Cleveland (17-12) tied Tuesday's game with a three-run, eighth-inning rally before closer Chris Perez gave up the winning runs. Perez had allowed just one run over his previous 13 appearances spanning 12 innings. The Indians look to bounce back behind Jeanmar Gomez (2-1, 2.82), who's also impressed early this season. The right-hander is coming off his second victory, throwing seven innings of three-run ball during Friday's 6-3 win over Texas.

While both pitchers seem to be well on track, I still think this number is a bit too low considering that both have the ability to score runs and earn opportunities with men in scoring position. While only collectively off to a .240 start, it's either feast or famine for Adam Dunn. He's actually upped his average to .241 and leads the pale hose in HR with 9 along with 23 RBI. Paul Konerko (.345 6 18) is back leading the team in hitting including 2 more with an RBI last night. AJ Pierzsynski also continues to roll (.274 5 20) and getting past the first wave of hitters from Gomez won't be an easy task. The home folks have done it so far this season with solid pitching and have broken out balanced with some timely hitting as well. Asdrubal Cabrera (.340) can use a little more pop while Jason Kipnis (.274 5 20) has been a pleasant surprise to this point. We get the right price here and feel that 2 runs aside isn't much to ask for so long as the opportunities present themselves. Best of luck however you play!

An extremely long single by Alexei Ramirez in the top of the 4th drives in 2 and cashes this one easily! 3 straight and looking for 4 back up either tomorrow or Friday! Congrats to all that followed!

By the way I have the Indians in my 13 run pool and am in 2nd place needing just 3 hits. 0 is one of them, so while I have the over 7.5 let the pale hose score all 8!
