Question on New Orleans

If all goes well with being able to walk in a couple weeks, will be heading to Final Four and this time to New Orleans. Never been there before and looking to anyone that may know the area well enough to recommend a few nice restaurants and day trips before the tournament starts. We will be staying right in the French Quarter minutes from the Superdome. Thanks.

LOL - been there but it was at least 12 years ago so I honestly can't remember the names of any restaurants...remember the zoo was a nice one, but I think that was a bit of a hike away....it's all about Riverboats and Hurricanes...enough of both of those and the rest just don't matter...LMAO

HOUSTON'S is a fabulous place to eat and you din't have to dress fancy (but we're talking Nee Orleans so people don't dress up for anything) This is my personal favorite

If your going to hit Bourbon Street there are all sorts of eating/drinking spots like Pat O'brians, etc.

then of course you have all your standards Hard rock cafe, Chilis, Bubba Shrimp Co, lots of seafood places-one thing is for sure they know how to eat in Louisiana. You could ask Don he's live here 61 years lol

Ok that's it my neighbor wants his PC back now :(
