FREE PICK: TCU +2
The No. 21 San Diego State Aztecs hit the road to take on TCU in prime time on Saturday night.
San Diego State shot at least 50.0 percent for the first time in six games Wednesday and the last time they did that it was against this TCU team. The Aztecs have a tough time repeating that effort and it usually results in a bad outing the next time out.
The Aztecs shot over 50% against TCU and then lost the next game out. They will not shoot over 50% in two straight games and that is a good sign for the Horned Frogs.
In fact the Aztecs have a history of struggling in this game as the Aztecs are 3-7 ATS in the last 10 meetings.
The Horned Frogs are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 against the Mountain West, 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games as an underdog of 0.5-6, and 5-1 ATS in the last six overall.
If New Mexico loses to Boise State earlier in the afternoon this play will become even stronger as the Aztecs will have nothing to play for.
Regardless of the outcome of that game the Horned Frogs will upset the Aztecs on Saturday night with a big win to wind down the regular season!
