I bet baseball every year and I am surprised that more people don’t bet on it. It’s a different animal than football and basketball, but once you get the hang of it the profits are there for the taking. The best part about baseball is that you can win money without having a winning record.
However it is not easy and it often is a grind so I would recommend patience and plenty of it.
As far as a system goes, there are plenty out there. Cappers that just play dogs, total or even run lines. They key in baseball (like all of sports betting) is money management.
I am sure you will do well and I wish you luck on the season!
I wouldn't bet them with YOUR money....LOL...
Seriously with all of the hoops going on I just don't see the point...if there were no hoops then I would probably try to find trends or something to use...have to figure out rotations, etc. particularly if starters are only going a couple of innings at most...
It is crazy to bet it and I have not yet. I guess I am just anxious for baseball. GO PHILLIES!!
I bet just one exhibition game per day for charity. That's it. Once the real deal gets going and first pitch is official it's literally a whole new ballgame.
I love betting baseball. Pitchers dictate the odds for the most part, obviously, but you can pick hot teams, who's done well against others, etc. I really think you have to follow the sport and have a love for the game to bet it and do it somewhat successfully. With that said, anybody can beat anybody, like any other sport! But once it starts, I'll be betting. I've heard this from various bookies and gamblers over the years, in one form or another, "I make money during baseball season, so I can lose it during football." Normally bettors say this, and I've had books tell me they tend to lose during bases, for what it's worth.
