Question

First off let me say I am a huge fan for the youngsters of the game - and that includes Tebow and Cam! I've pulled for the kids all year. I will admit I didn't think Denver would get past Pitts but do they honestly have a chance against N.E. ?? (oh I know "never say never" and "on any given Sunday" but seriously even with N.E.'s horrid defense Can Denver beat Tom Brady and his offense?

New England just won by 18 at Denver so they should in theory be able to cover 13.5 at home - HOWEVER....

Denver was up 16-7 1 minute into the start of the 2nd quarter...over the rest of the quarter they had 2 lost fumbles inside their own territory, a 3 and out and a muffed punt that New England covered and got another FG with less than a minute left so the half-time score was 27-16...

3 turnovers in a quarter will cause you to lose to pretty much any NFL team....obviously if they turn the ball over anything like that again they will get killed....

I however think they keep it within the 13.5....If New England has a 10 point lead in the 4th quarter Belichick will get real conservative and try to run the clock out...even if they're up 17-20 they could be easily subjected to a back-door cover by Denver at the end of the game.....

Just my opinion for whatever it's worth...

I can't see it here. New England is well rested and the Denver defense can only go so far in stopping Brady and company. If New England beats them at their own game and scores on long successive drives, Tebow and company will have limited weapons and will have to have more plays in order to have any shot.

Trust me - New England wins by 30 I won't be the least bit surprised...just trying to show the contrarian side...with their vaunted defense Denver should have been able to put Pittsburgh away last week and they let them come back and force OT...with all of the missing/injured parts that Pitt had you would think Brady will score some points..

Have to agree with everyone. Denver winning would be very unlikely, but let's see. Stranger things have happened.
