and I really do feel bad for Detroit! but they had a great season my hats off to them - they just ran into a better team for The night!

NOW - we just need an LSU win on Monday :)

Yes indeed. The Lions had a great season and after a lifetime (or so it feels) it was nice to see them play in January.
I believe the Saints will win it all this year so not surprised to see them take control in the second half.

But its not like you JB to keep us in limbo and not reveal who you are talking about. People want to know.

Go Saints.
Congrats to the Lions for a fun year.

All bases have been covered. The who dat chants, the constant TD's pushing for a huge over the total win, and the emailed condolences issued once the final gun sounded at the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Detroit no doubt deserved to be there but no change from the regular season matchup except for a ton more of scoring which most anticipated this evening. We are very likely to see a rematch of the opening night regular season kickoff for the battle to perhaps head to the Super Bowl representing the NFC. It will be interesting to see if and how SF can stop Brees and New Orleans's explosive offense.
