I may be on to something with that title....who knows.
I did not get to post much last week after a Thursday night win. I did ok, hit on two 10pt teasers with Cincinnati, Penn State and Florida State and scored late night with Georgia, Stanford and Oregon. I did bite the dust with Pittsburgh and their shoddy offensive performance against Utah. I got very lucky, got busy and did not take one of my favorite plays of the week with Florida over Auburn. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good right.
Scored with the Jets on Monday night, gave some of it back on Tuesday with FIU.
Not sure what to think of tonight. The UCLA/Arizona game is very tough to get a feel for. UCLA is starting their back up QB in Prince who has played some before but not played well. Arizona is fresh off that coaching change and who knows how focused they are, how they have prepared and how they will perform.
With that said Arizona had a nightmare of an opening stretch with three games against top 10 opponents in their first six games (Oklahoma St, Stanford, Oregon, combined 17-1 ) they have an understandable loss to Southern Cal (5-1) in LA. The baffler is the loss to Oregon State in Corvallis. It should be noted that the Wildcat defense has not stopped anybody but again look at the teams they have played and their rank in total offense:
Oklahoma State #2
Southern Cal #36
Oregon State #68
UCLA sits at 3-3 with their best win over Washington State got a little more love than deserved because of blowout wins over Idaho and UNLV who are both bad. They also beat Colorado who again, is just not good. So the question is was the Bruin win over Washington State really that impressive?
Another big question is whether or not Juron Criner will play for tonight.
Lot of questions and not crazy about laying five points here. The line is climbing by the hour.
Will lean to the 'Cats and lay the 5 in a small play.
Still researching the UAB/UCF game. Blazers are challenging Memphis for worst team in CUSA ranking near the bottom of the country in every category. Heck they even seem to play better away from home losing by 39 and 18 at Legion Field but playing ECU to within five in Greenville and losing by one to Troy at Troy.
Maybe another small play with the Golden Knights and might even find a way to get it into a teaser of some sort.
Alright now time for your thoughts and opinions, hope all is well and Spooky thanks for the pictures to keep me busy throughout the day. I am developing some free time but finding a way to utilize it right now.
