sorry you havent had any luck with buying picks but like I tell others who are interested in buying picks rather than talking with people here in the forum is that when you buy a single pick from a capper there is always a chance it will lose, sports betting is a marathon not a sprint no one hits a 100% let alone 70-80-90% etc.. Pro sports bettors look to win 55% or better,
GREAT ARTICLE HERE
So my suggestion is to buy a week or months worth of picks, its generally cheaper then one at a time. Also be sure and use money management!
Welcome to BTB cole! So true regarding the short and long term success when it comes to buying sports picks or simply going on your own. Just like almost anything else, the law of averages is either in your favor or at times doesn't go as planned. Ryan is spot on when it comes to looking for value, and the monthly route is definitely the way to go compared to daily selections which clearly are more expensive due to their national focus and anticipation to the public.
Please be sure to take advantage of our daily trackers and monthly contests rounding out baseball and currently starting up in football. They offer freeplay prizes if you qualify at month end. GL!
JimmytheGreek- I hear you totally.. I actually bet opposed to last nights premium pick and took TTU, how can you tell an ex-athlete that TCU would win that game by 3 points!! If not for some disappointing INT's it would have been a bigger blow out!! Also claiming the over on a pathetic roster in NYJ and suspect and injury plagued Patriots, in the rain.. PLEASE..! then a guarunteed pick was the over on the Tulane Game.. All you have to decide on that is that LA Tech is not the team of last year!! Who wouldnt take Tulanes 7 points and run with that?? I did.. As far as week subscriptions did that the first time I signed up I can send a reciept to prove and maybe went 35%, or 7 of 22 picks .. That is nowhere near your percentage rule of thumb and this was from a well known capper who usually is well #1.. Not gonna say names but its just crazy.. I will take the tribe todat to beat the sox and go with Verlander on the Mound.. Overated is Boise State with a spread like that also btw.. Its just frustrating.. Notice in Phil Steeles Magazines people who left Vegas advertising the monopoly out there and people working for books!! i dont use the internet to gamble so maybe I should be telling that to all the cappers out there:)
