2007 Recap: The 2007 Patriots broke scoring records on their way to an unbeaten regular season and then won two more games in the playoffs against the jacksonville Jaguars and San Diego Chargers to make it to their fourth Super Bowl trip this decade. But in the end it was ultimately too much to bear as the Giants' defense out-muscled the Patriots to win Super Bowl XLII.

Key Questions for 2008 Season:
Rookie on the Spot: Rookie Linebacker Jerod Mayo will need to make an imediate impact to an aging linebacking corps. Jerod Mayo is the guy everyone expects to start right away as the team thinks he is just the type of player they need to pair with the aging Tedy Bruschi on the inside.
Fantasy Sleeper Pick: Chad Jackson Wr with Donte' Stallworth departing for the Cleveland browns. Chad Jackson will step into the starting lineup along with Randy Moss and Wes Walker. With all focus going to the top two look for Jackson to get alot of opportunities in the high flying Pats offense
2008 Prediction: The 2008 Patriots play in what might be the easiest division in football playing along side the
NY Jets,
Miami Dolphins and
Buffalo Bills. With most of the offense returning and a weak division look for another record breaking season for the New England Patriots. Chances are they they won't be perfect this season, they will earn the number 1 seed in the AFC.
Prediction: 14-2, 1st place AFC East, #1 Seed AFC
