The defending Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Ducks will look to continue their dominance over the Nashville Predators when the two teams meet on Wednesday night. Anaheim has dominated the series against the Predators going 19-7-4 with two ties. The Ducks are 13-1-2 at home versus the Predators, including 9-0-2 in the last 11 meetings. SBG Global reports that early betting has the public taking the favorite Ducks at Home.

Anaheim has won two of their last three games including a 6-3 win against Detroit on Monday. Chris Pronger and Ryan Getzlaf each had three assists for the Ducks. Anaheim was playing without forwards Todd Bertuzzi and Todd Marchant and defenseman Mathieu Schneider. The Ducks are still without defenseman Scott Niedermayer and right wing Teemu Selanne who are looking at possible retirements. Starting goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere didn't play after making his season debut in Sunday's 2-0 loss to Minnesota. "We were short-staffed. It's not easy to replace those people in your lineup, but it's a situation where other people have an opportunity to play more and others to step up," coach Randy Carlyle said. Backup goalie Ilya Bryzgalov played well stopping 32 shots. Giguere is 10-4-1 with three shutouts and a 1.69 goals-against average in his last 15 starts against the Predators.
